Postal entries must include the entrant's full name, postal address, and email address so that we can administer the competition and contact winners. Your postal entry must include:
Important: Your email address will be used solely for competition administration and winner notification. It will not be used for marketing purposes unless you separately opt-in to receive marketing communications.
Postal entries receive exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries. All entries, regardless of entry method, are entered into the same draw using the same random selection process. There is no distinction between paid and postal entries in the draw mechanism.
There is no set maximum ticket quantity for paid entries unless a competition specifies one. Postal entries are limited to one ticket per postal entry, and only one postal entry per person/address is permitted for each competition.
Postal entries must be received by first-class post at least 48 hours before the competition draw date to allow sufficient time for processing. Entries received after this deadline may not be included in the draw.
All postal entries are manually validated and processed by our administrative team. Your answer to the skill-based question must be correct for your entry to be valid. If correct, ticket numbers are allocated using the same system as paid entries and you will receive confirmation of your entry and ticket numbers via email. If your answer is incorrect, your entry will not be processed and you will not be contacted.
All draws are conducted using a cryptographically secure random number generator. The draw process is provably fair and auditable. Winners are selected from all valid entries (both paid and postal) using the same random selection mechanism.
Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. Winners must respond within 28 days to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes may be re-drawn.
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees and immediate family members of the company are not eligible to enter.
Personal information provided (whether via online or postal entry) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. Email addresses and other personal information are used solely for competition administration, entry confirmation, and winner notification.
Marketing Communications: We will not use your email address for marketing purposes unless you have separately opted-in to receive promotional communications. Marketing consent is entirely optional and separate from competition entry.
These competitions are operated in compliance with the Gambling Act 2005 and Gambling Commission guidance on free draws and prize competitions. By offering both paid and free entry routes with equal treatment, these competitions are classified as free draws and do not require a gambling license.
Upon collection or delivery of a prize vehicle, all responsibility for the vehicle transfers to the winner. Proctor Motor Competitions (PMC) accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from the use, ownership, storage, modification, or operation of the prize vehicle after transfer of ownership.
Winners are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid driving licence, appropriate insurance, and that the vehicle is roadworthy and taxed before use on public roads.
PMC makes no warranties regarding the ongoing mechanical condition, fitness for purpose, or suitability of the prize vehicle beyond the point of transfer.
You are never required to make a purchase to enter our competitions. The free postal entry route provides an equal opportunity to win at no cost beyond standard postage. Both entry methods are treated identically in all respects.
